EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream contains Niacinamide, Acetyl Hexapeptide-37, a Hydrating Blend, Glyceryl Glucoside, and White Mushroom Extract to help with skin hydration:

Niacinamide: A form of Vitamin B3 that helps improve moisture.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-37: Hydrating peptide comprised of amino acids to enhance moisture, improving hydration and the appearance of firmness.

Hydrating Blend: Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycerin, and Jojoba Esters work synergistically to deliver deep hydration and support to the skin.

Glyceryl Glucoside: Mimics water retention properties of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, helping to smooth the appearance of skin.

EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream does not have a specific ingredient known for helping with improving the appearance of under-eye puffiness. A 12-week study was conducted with nightly application of EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream. Subjects using EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream had a 50% improvement at 8 weeks and 55% improvement at 12 weeks in the appearance of under-eye puffiness.
A subset of subjects (n=10) applied InterFuse Treatment Cream EYE in the morning and EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream in the evening. A 42% improvement in the appearance of under-eye puffiness was assessed after 4 weeks of regimen use.
